湖南的松菌
Pine Mushroom from Hunan of China

摘 要：湖南的松菌是深受當地群眾歡迎的一種野生食用菌.可是長期以來,湖南的松菌都被誤指為松乳菇[Lactarius deliciosus (L.:Fr.)Gray].我們調查研究后認為,湖南的松菌應是紅汁乳菇(Lactarius hatsutake Tanaka),而非松乳菇.湖南的松菌主要發生在馬尾松林下,與馬尾松形成共生關系.紅汁乳菇的菌根平滑,二叉狀,紫紅色.
