【摘要】 對從廣州微生物研究所引進9個草菇菌株與江蘇省江南生物科技有限公司常用品種V830進行對比試驗,以期能篩選出適合江蘇省丹陽市及周邊地區栽培出菇的優良菌株。經過對菌絲生長速度、生物學效率及出菇農藝性狀進行的分析比較,結果表明,在這10個供試菌株中,草菇菌株V9715具有菌絲生長旺盛,出菇時間早,抗雜菌能力強,生物學效率高,子實體商品性狀較好的特點,而且所有的試驗都是在當地自然條件下栽培,其產量和形狀表現為適宜在江蘇省丹陽市及周邊地區生產中應用,可代替本地菌株V830使用,同時為遺傳變異和遺傳育種提供了重要的材料。
【Abstract】 Comparative test was carried out between 9 strains of V.volvacea introduced by Guangzhou institute of microbiology and the common strain V830 used in Jiangnan Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.,in order to screen out excellent strains for production,were compared.Researches were focused on growth rate of mycelia,biological efficiency and specialty of fruiting bodies.The results showed among these 10 testes strains,strain V9715 had the specialties of mycelia growing vigorously,early fruiting,high ability of ...
