【摘要】 對采自武夷山多金屬礦區的3份土壤樣品和4份大型真菌標本(緋紅密孔菌、蘑菇、大環柄菇、云芝)進行了重金屬含量檢測,結果表明這些土壤樣品達到輕度或重度污染(綜合污染指數PN分別為1.39,1.52,3.88);采自武夷山多金屬礦區的大型真菌可能含有超量的某種重金屬,不宜食用或藥用,以免危害人體健康;1株蘑菇屬大型真菌對土壤Hg的富集系數高達70倍,具有較大的研究價值。
【Abstract】 Analysis of heavy metals in 3 soil samples and 4 wild macrofungi samples including Pycnoporus coccineus(Fr.) Bond et Sing.,Agaricus sp.,Macrolepiota sp.,and Coriolus versicolor(L.: Fr.)Quèl.collected in Wuyishan polymetallic mining areas showed that these soil samples had been slightly or seriously polluted with the Nemerow Pollution Index being 1.39,1.52,and 3.88 respectively;wild growing macrofungi from these areas are likely polluted by some heavy metals and are not suitable for eating or for...
