【中文摘要】 本文對選育出的金針菇 WJ 的富鋅能力作了初步研究,結果表明:金針菇 WJ 富鋅能力較強,添加200～2500ppm范圍的鋅離子,在25℃13rpm 條件下培養,富集有機鋅范圍為19.6～152,9mg/g
【英文摘要】 The preliminary study on the selected strain named Flammulina velutipes WJ and its absorption of inorganic Zinc ion proves that:WJ'S ability to absorb inorganic Zinc ion is very strong,adding inorganic Zinc ion from 200 to 2500 ppm to the culture medium, under the condition of 25℃,130rpm,the strain absorbs inorganic Zinc ion and transforms it into organozinc from 19.6 to 152.9mg/g.
