【中文摘要】 采用改進式海登漢氏蘇木精法對側耳屬5個種17個品種的擔孢子核相進行了研究,結果表明這些食用菌除了以單核擔孢子為主外,還都具有含2個或2個以上細胞核的擔孢子,糙皮側耳的 NP 品種含2—5個細胞核的的擔孢子的比率高達16.23%,其它品種多核擔孢子的百分率均在4.18%以下。
【英文摘要】 The nucJear condition in the basidiospores of 17 varieties distributed over 5 species of Pleurotus had been studied by means of the modified Heidenheins Haematoxylin method for staining nuclei.Most basidiospores of these varietiesoare monkaryon,a few basidiospores are rnultinucleate (2-5nuclei).No rate of multinuclear basidiospore was found to be over 4.18%,except the rate of that of variety“NP”belonging to Pleurotus ostreatus(Jacq.:Ft.) Kummer is 16.23%.
