【中文摘要】 紅菇屬是一類重要的外生菌根真菌 ,許多種具有食用和藥用價值。本文在對福建閩西正紅菇生態環境考察的基礎上 ,對紅菇屬的種類、共生關系、生態研究概況及其應用加以綜述。
【英文摘要】 Russula is a kind of important ecotomycorrhizal fungi.Many species of this genus have edible and pharmaceutical value.Based on a surveg of the ecological environment of R.vinosa Lindbl.in the west part of Fujian Province,the species diversity and symbiosis of the Russula,as well as the outline of the ecological studies and of its application were summarized in this paper.
