【中文摘要】 香菇為低溫變溫結實型真菌 ,適宜的冷刺激能誘發香菇的子實體發生。應用mRNA差異顯示的方法初步分析了冷刺激前后菌絲體內基因表達的變化 ,發現冷刺激 6h到 12h是香菇菌絲應答冷刺激的關鍵時段 ,從而在一定程度上從基因表達角度揭示出冷刺激與香菇子實體發生的關系。
【英文摘要】 Lentinula edodes is the basidiomycetous fungus.Fruiting initiation of Lentinula edodes correlated with low-temperature treatment.This paper surveyed the variations in gene expression of lentinula edodes after low-temperature shock by mRNA differential display.The results showed that most differential expression appears from 6 hours to 12 hours after low temperature shock.And this may be a key period in which the low temperature shock plays an important role in the onset of fruiting body development.
