【中文摘要】 用等離子體質譜、石墨爐原子吸收光譜,熒光分光光度等方法首次測定了人工代料栽培的花臉香蘑子實體中18種元素,測定結果:每克干品中富集金屬元素K4112μg,Na132μg,Ca2690μg,Mg1244μg,Fe1215μg,Zn84 4μg,Cu96 8μg,Sr2 39μg,Se0 93μg,Co0 56μg,Ni2 12μg,Ge0 24μg,S0 28μg;富集有害金屬元素Pb0 88μg,Cd0 58μg,Hg0 40μg,As1 00μg,Cr1 34μg。研究結果表明,花臉香蘑中富含有人體抗自由基、抗衰老、抗癌微量元素硒、鍺、鋅,而且富集的有害金屬元素較歐洲報道的25種野生蘑菇低約20-100倍。該研究表明,用我們研究的人工代料配方栽培的花臉香蘑品質是優質的,該分析結果對花臉香蘑的食用、藥用研究開發具有科學價值。
【英文摘要】 The 18 elements of the product from domestically cultured Lepista sordida were analysed for the first time with Plasma Mass Spectrometer,Graphite Stove Atom Absorption Spectrometer,and Fluorescence Spectrophotometer.The analytical result showed:in 100g of dry matter,there are metal elements K 4112μg,Na 132μg,Ca 2690μg,Mg 1244μg,Fe 1215μg,Zn 844μg,Cu 968μg,Sr 239μg,Se 093μg,Co 056μg,Ni 212μg,Ge 024μg,and S 028μg.The contents for enrichment of harmful elements are as follows:Pb 088μg,Cd 058μg,Hg 040μg,As 100μg,and Cr 134μg.These results are of not only important scientific value,but also practical value for medicinal research and exploitation of this edible fungus.
