【中文摘要】 研究結果表明,白靈側耳的栽培應以棉籽殼為主料熟料栽培。栽培料裝量應以350g為宜,菌袋發滿菌后在22￣25℃進行30￣40d的后熟期處理。最佳栽培模式為半脫袋豎向畦栽,覆土至菌棒3/4處。
【英文摘要】 The experimental results showed that Pleurotus nebrodensis was cultivated with main cotton seed hull and sterilized raw materials.The optimum capacity per plastic bag was 350g.After the mycelium of fungus bags was full and fruit body came out,it was cultivated between 2225℃ and for 3040d as anaphase maturation period.The best cultivation mode was stand and slant cultivation with half of plastic bags off and also 3/4 of the stick was covered with soil.
