【中文摘要】 應用ISSR分子標記技術和金針菇的子實體形態特征,對59個金針菇菌株進行遺傳多樣性初步分析。應用ISSR方法可以將供試的金針菇菌株劃分為14類,而依據金針菇子實體形態特征可以將它們劃分為11類,2種分析結果基本一致。
【英文摘要】 Inter Simple Sequence Repeat marker and morphological characteristics were adopted for analysing the genetic diversity of Flammulina velutipes strains.59 Flammulina velutipes strains were grouped into 14 clusters by ISSR,and they were subdivided into 11 groups through the morphological characteristics.Two results of analysis were on the whole the same.
