【中文摘要】 絨柄牛肝菌水提液經梯度洗脫后用HPLC分離得到的色譜圖各色譜峰分離較好,新鮮絨柄牛肝菌中能使小鼠表現出神經毒性的成分有特征色譜峰,該峰的保留時間為36.44min,該成分可被一定方式的熱處理破壞,表現為特征峰消失。為控制絨柄牛肝菌的安全性提供依據。
【英文摘要】 To set up the HPLC prints of Boletus tomentipes by different heat treatment for determination the quality of the fungi.Method:HPLC,gradienl elution,260nm wavelength.RESULTS: Under the selected chromatographic conditions,a series of good print of Boletus tomentipes were obtained.The substance in fresh Boletus tomentipes,which could be nerval toxicity to experimental rats,could be destroyed by heat treatment.Its special peak disappeared.CONCLUSION: The method of HPLC could be used to check the safety of Boletus tomentipes.
