【中文摘要】 煙色離褶傘基內菌絲自接種點向PDA培養基內延伸的生長距離最長為1.5cm,但足以布滿18mm×180mmPDA斜面試管基內各個角落?;鶅染z繼代轉接的原種菌絲較氣生菌絲繼代轉接的原種生長快、菌絲茁壯,但在產量上沒有顯著差異。通過對基內菌絲生長規律的觀察,發現了食用菌母種再生千倍轉接技術,使其擴展應用到食用菌生產中,為進一步改進食用菌生產程序、縮短生產時間提供理論基礎。
【英文摘要】 Substrate hyphae of Lyophyllum fumosum reached the ultimate limit distance in PDA slant test-tube medium was 1.5 cm, which could extend in the different parts of 18 mm×180 mm PDA slant test-tube medium. Spawn of substrate hyphae successive transfer culture grew faster and stocky than that of aerial hyphae. However, it was no significant difference in the yield. In this studies the thousand-fold translation technology of mother spawn regeneration were discovered, and this technology could be introduced into mushroom production, which could provide theoretical basis on improving process of mushroom production and shortening production cycle.
