【中文摘要】 用加入無機鍺(GeO_2)的固體和液體培養基培養靈芝菌絲體,可把部分無機鍺轉化為有機鍺。結果表明,用2N NaOH提取鍺,提取率較高,從固體菌絲體培養物和液體菌絲體中提取的鍺含量隨加入無機鉆(GeO_2)量的增加而提高。
【英文摘要】 A part of inorganic germanium in solid media or liquid media adding inorganic germanium (GeO2) can be transformed into organic germanium by mycelia of Ganoderma lucidium. The rate of extracted Ge in 2N NaOH solution was higher than that in water. The more the content of inorganic germanium, the more the content of extracted Ge in solid mycelial cultures or liquid mycelia wus .
