【中文摘要】 灰樹花是一種鮮美、富含豐富的生物活性物質的珍貴蕈菌?；覙浠ǘ嗵亲鳛橐环N極有開發前景的生物反應調節劑,目前已得到國內外的普遍重視。本文綜述了國內外灰樹花多糖化學分析和藥理研究方面的進展情況。
【英文摘要】 Grifola frondosa (Maitake) is a famous medicinal and edible fungus with special nutritional and medicinal value. The polysaccharide constituent of Grifola frondosa , as one of the biological response modifiers, has been studied commonly both at home and abroad. And recent chemical and pharmacological studies on the polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa were reviewed in this paper.
