【中文摘要】 28個靈芝菌株栽培特性比較研究結果表明 ,靈芝子實體浸出液和木屑浸出液對靈芝母種的生長均有促進作用 ;新 6、K6、90 2、信州、18、韓 1等菌株對綠色木霉具強拮抗作用 ;8、新 6、6、12、13、18、19、韓 1、韓 3具良好的綜合栽培性狀 ,生長周期短 ,子實體形態好 ,產量高 ,產孢量大
【英文摘要】 The cultivation characteristics and spore-producing characters of 28 Ganoderma lucidum strains were compared. The results showed that the extract of G.lucidum fruitbodies and sawdust would stimulate the growth of G.lucidum mother cultures,that strains Xin 6, K 6, 902, Xingzhou,18 and Han 1 were provided with strong resistance to T.viride, and that strains 8, Xin 6, 6, 12, 13, 18, 19, Han 1 and Han 3, with shorter growth period, fine fruitbody morphology, relatively high yield and spore-producing ability, had good comprehensive cultivation characteristics.
