【中文摘要】 本試驗研究了角孢離褶傘(Lyophyllum transforme)菌絲生長所需要的最適碳源、氮源、碳氮比、無機鹽、pH值以及離褶傘浸出液對角孢離褶傘菌絲生長的影響。試驗范圍內角孢離褶傘菌絲生長最適碳源是葡萄糖,最適氮源是蛋白胨,0.1%的氯化納或磷酸二氫鉀能促進菌絲生長;菌絲在pH值5～9都能生長.但在酸性環境下生長較好;玉蕈離褶傘(Lyophyllum shimeji)子實體浸出液對角孢離褶傘菌絲生長有明顯促進作用。
【英文摘要】 Lyophyllum transforme (Britz.) Sing.mycelial growth rates were highest on media containing glucose and peptone as carbon and nitrogen sources,respectively.Fungal growth occurred over a wide pH range (5 to 9) but was more luxuriant at acidic pH values.KH_2PO_4,NaCl and aqueous extracts of L.shimeji fruit bodies promoted the growth of L.transforme mycelium.
