          古尼蟲草Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk.無性型的鎮痛物質研究

          Analgesic Substance from The Anamorph of Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk.

          Abstract:A sort of analgesic substance is extracted from the mycelia of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang,an anamorph of Cordyceps. Some physical and chemical characters of this substance are elucidated. The analgesic substance from the mycelia of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang & Liu is water soluble. The best extractive method from the mycelia is soaking-heating extraction. The analgesic substance can be solved in 90% alcohol ,but can't be solved in ether or methanol.The molecular weight of the analgestic substance from Paecilomyces gunnii Liang & Liu is 12 000~14 000 Da. Infrared spectrum of the analgesic substance shows that it doesn't contain the structure of Dolantin's group.The analgesic substance is stable in pH <10 and it is also stable under 100 oC for one hour.In the dosage range of 0.03 g/g (raw herb/mice), the inhibition rate of writhing in mice induced by acetic acid is positively correlated to the dosage injected into mice. The analgesic substance of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang & Liu exists not only endocellular but also extracellular.

          古尼蟲草Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk.無性型的鎮痛物質研究

          摘 要:報道了分離提純自古尼蟲草(Cordyceps gunii)一個單子囊孢子的無性古尼擬青霉(Paecilomyces gunii)5-19菌株,菌絲培養物鎮痛組分的基本理化性質和菌絲不同培養條件對其藥理作用的影響.結果表明:蟲草菌絲的鎮痛組分是水溶性的;鎮痛組分最佳提取溶劑為水,最佳提取方法為熱提取法;古尼蟲草鎮痛組分對冰醋酸所致小鼠扭體抑制率在劑量0.05 g/g(生藥/小鼠)范圍與劑量成正相關;在所試pH值范圍內(pH1~10),其鎮痛效果無明顯變化.當pH>11時,鎮痛作用強度下降.鎮痛組分有較好的熱穩定性.在100 ℃加熱1 h,它對冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭體抑制率仍為100%;培養基組成和培養溫度在所試條件下,不僅影響菌絲的生物量,而且影響菌絲浸出物的鎮痛效果.
