【摘要】 研究了在培養料中添加不同含量的尿素對袋栽金針菇菌絲生長速度、產量和生物轉化率的影響。結果表明,添加尿素的含量為0.2%時,菌絲生長最快,達到0.31 cm.d-1;產量和生物轉化率最高,分別為210 g.袋-1和70.0%。
【Abstract】 Urea with different concentrations was added into culture substrates and its effect on mycelial growth,yield and biological efficiency in Flammulina velutipes cultivation was studied.The results showed that addition of 0.2%(w·w-1)urea to culture substrate markly enhanced mycelial growth,yield and biological efficiency(0.31 cm·d-1,210 g·bag-1 and 70.0% respectively).
