【摘要】 對近年來香菇分子生物學技術取得的成果進行了綜述,著重闡述了香菇的遺傳轉化、基因克隆、DNA分子標記和基因組學的研究進展。
【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the advances in molecular biological study of L.edodes,which mainly focused on the genetic transformation,gene cloning,DNA markers and genomic study in this edible and medicinal fungus.
