【摘要】 通過2種不同的培養基對彭水2種野生牛肝菌子實體進行分離、培養,同時,進行液體培養,培養的菌絲經過ITS鑒定,放入-80℃超低溫冰箱中保藏。結果表明,2種牛肝菌菌絲均從組織塊表面邊緣生長,菌絲潔白、小,不向周圍培養基生長,老化速度較快,老化過程中菌絲減少,最后變為固體狀物,并且分泌褐色水珠;液體培養菌絲體生長緩慢,培養時間較長,菌絲球小、少;菌絲球經過鑒定后,確定2種牛肝菌均為美味牛肝菌。
【Abstract】 Through two different culture medium,two wild Boletus edulis were seperated and cultured,and training hyphae were identificated by ITS,which were stord in the refrigerator of-80℃.The results showed that the two Boletus edulis hyphe liver tissue were growth from mass surface edge,and the hyphe were white and small.The hyphe didn’t grow around the culture medium,and aging faster.The mycelia by liquid culture grew slowly,and the ball was small.Hyphae ball by determining were Boletus edulis.
