利用牛糞與作物秸稈在黑龍江墾區農田防護林下栽培雙孢蘑菇

【摘要】 采用牛糞與不同的農作物秸稈在黑龍江墾區農田防護林下栽培雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus),結果表明:和牛糞與稻草、小麥秸稈相比,牛糞與豆秸、玉米秸和玉米芯配方具有較高的產量和較好的品質以及經濟效益;黑龍江墾區各農場應因地制宜利用農牧業廢棄物在閑置的農田防護林下進行雙孢蘑菇生產,從而變廢為寶,減少環境污染,增加農民收入。
【Abstract】 Agaricus bisporus were cultivated in a forested area established for the protection of agricultural production on reclaimed land located in Heilongjiang Province.Mushrooms were cultivated on a basic compost consisting of 1500 kg cow manure,50 kg lime,50 kg gypsum,30 kg CaCO3,30 kg calcium superphosphate,20 kg urea and 20 kg ammonium sulfate supplemented with 1500 kg of either rice straw(substrate A),wheat straw(B),soybean straw(C),corn straw(D) or corn cob(E),and spread evenly to a depth of 20 c...
