【摘要】 從山東省金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)工廠化生產中發現一種新病害,將其病原菌進行分離純化,并經柯赫氏法則驗證,該病原菌為致病菌。根據病原菌的形態特征、培養性狀、生理生化及16SrDNA序列分析,鑒定其為托拉氏假單胞菌(Pseudomonas tolaasii)。
【Abstract】 A bacterium isolated from black-rot disease-affected Flammulina velutipes fruit bodies grown in a mushroom cultivation facility in Shandong Province,China,was identified as Pseudomonas tolaasii on the basis of morphological and culture characteristics,physiological and biochemical reactions,and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis.Application of Koch’s Postulates confirmed the bacterium as the causative agent of the disease.
