【摘要】 對10株猴頭菌(Hericium erinaceus)菌株的菌絲多糖產量和體外免疫活性進行比較。結果表明:不同的猴頭菌菌株發酵所產生的菌絲多糖量及其多糖對刺激巨噬細胞產生NO的產量不同;其中華中猴頭(H10)不僅菌絲多糖量高且對巨噬細胞的刺激作用也較強,可作為深層發酵生產猴頭菌菌絲多糖的優良菌株。
【Abstract】 Mycelial polysaccharide(PS) production by ten Hericium erinaceus strains grown in submerged culture,and the effect of the polysaccharides on nitric oxide production by RAW264.7 macrophages,were compared.Highest total NO stimulating activity(mycelial yield×NO stimulating activity per unit of PS) was recorded for cultures of H.erinaceus strain H10(Huazhong).
