【中文摘要】 榆耳是新近引起人們極大興趣的一種食用菌,本文從溫度、濕度、pH、光線、培養基中碳氮源和水分以培養料等因子與榆耳菌絲生長和出菇的關系方面探討了榆耳的生物學特性。試圖為今后人工栽培榆耳提供一些最基本的信息和資料。
【英文摘要】 Gloeostereum incarnatum is newly interesting mushroom cultivators. The biological characteristics of the fungus was studied intensively since 1987. The results showed that temperature and moisture of incubation were critical factors for growth of the hyphae and development of fruit body of the fungi. The nutrients and kinds of the sabstrate were important for vegetative and reproductive processes.
