【中文摘要】 <正> 榆耳(Gloeostereum incarnatum S.Ito et Imai)是一種珍貴的食、藥兼用真菌。它分布于我國的東北地區和日本的北海道。近年來,野生榆耳資源已頻于枯竭。為此,許多人進行人工栽培,由于缺乏對榆耳營養生理的全面了解和菌株的選育,其人工栽培的產量和質量并沒有達到榆耳本身的遺傳潛力。我們通過對榆耳營養生理的深入研究,掌握了榆耳高產栽培技術,技術要點報告如下: 一、菌種制備 1.菌株:實驗用我們自己選育的“U06”菌株。
【英文摘要】 In order to get good yield in terms of quantity and quality the key points of cultivation of Gloeosterenum incarnatum S. Ito et Imai are discussed. Besides selection of Rood strains the main points are, (1) Suitable substrate such as waste co, on, (2) Sufficient water supply and (3) Proper temperature control. Relative biological efficiency of 311-411% will be made when the points are achieved.
