【中文摘要】 本文報導了五種碳源、五種氮源、五種半組合培養基對羊肚菌絲生長和原基形成的影響以及在五種培養液中菌絲生長量的試驗結果。試驗表明，最好的碳源是蔗糖、其次是葡萄糖和甘油。最好的氮源是硝酸鉀，其次是硝酸銨、尿素和硫酸銨，不能利用蛋白胨。缺少碳源、氮源，菌絲生長細弱、稀少，不形成原基。在麥麩培養液中菌絲生長量最大，其次是ＰＤ綜合培養液和棉籽殼培養液，葡萄糖培養液菌絲生長量最低。
【英文摘要】 Abstract This paper reported the results of various nutrients affecting mycelial growth of Morel. It is able to grow luxuriantly in two semisynthetic medium,The sucrose is able topromote mycelial growth and growing primoradium,KNO_3 is best nitrogen sources,Moreldocs not utilize petone. The mycelial growth are poor and can not grow primoradiumwhen lacking carbon source or nitrogen source in medium,The high-yield of mycelialgrowth had obtained in the wheat bran liquid medium.
