【中文摘要】 實驗表明，用３０ｐｐｍ的“稀土”處理，可使平菇增產１２．８５％，蛋白質含量增加５．７３％，Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ和Ｃｕ的含量分別增加７３．４２％、４０．３４％和１９．３７％。
【英文摘要】 Experiment indicates,with 30ppm rare metal,the yield of P,ostreatus can inerease by 12.85%. Besides,the protein content can increase by 5.73%,and the Fe、Zn、Cu coutent can increase by 73.42%、40.34%,19.37%.
