【中文摘要】 雙孢蘑菇子實體（Ａｇａｒｉｃｕｓｂｉｓｐｏｒｕｓ）經熱水提取，乙醇沉淀，胰蛋白酶消化，Ｓｅｖａｇ法去除蛋白質等處理，得多糖。經紫外可見光分光光度計測定無紫外吸收峰，為較純多糖。并研究了其對人肝癌ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１細胞生長曲線、有絲分裂指數及線粒體活性的影響，結果表明該多糖對體外培養的人肝癌ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１細胞增殖有一定抑制作用，抑癌實驗證明該多糖對小鼠Ｓ－１８０實體瘤亦有一定抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 The polysacchride was isolated from the fruit bodies of Agaricus bisporus Sing. and verified by ultraviolet spectrum. The proliferation of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cell line was significantly inhibited by the treatment of 50ug/mL the polysacchride. The conclusion was proved by determining the variation of the growth curve, mitosis index and mitochodria activity. The inhibitory activity of the polysacchride against implanted S-180 tumor in mice was also perfromed with the 51.9% inhibition.
