【中文摘要】 本文從出發菌株的選擇、誘變因素和誘變材料的選用、主要食用菌類的輻射敏感性和適宜誘變劑量及突變株篩選與鑒定等方面綜述了食用菌誘變育種的研究進展，并概述了食用菌誘變育種的研究動向。
【英文摘要】 Recent progress in study of edible fungi mutation breeding is reviewed in following aspects:choice of parent strain,mutagen and mutagenic material,radiation sensitivity and optimum mutagenic dose of main kinds of mushroom,selection and identification of mutant.The development tendency of edible fungi mutation breeding is summarized.
