【中文摘要】 研究了羊肚菌菌絲在不同培養基上培養的情況和溫度、pH值、光照對羊肚菌菌絲生長的影響。結果表明 ,適合菌絲生長的最好氮源碳源組合為蔗糖一尿素、C∶N為 1 8∶1。在溫度、pH值、光照三因素正交處理中影響菌絲生產的主導因素是溫度 ,各因素間的交互作用很小
【英文摘要】 The state of Morchella esculenta is cultured on different culture media and the effects on hyphae of M. esculenta of temperature,pH value and light intensity studied.The results show that the best corbon sources and nitrogen sources combination is sucros-Urea,carbon-nitrogen ratio is 18∶1.The main factor of affecting hyphae growth is temperature in temperature,pH value and light 3 factor orthogonal treatment,the aternate affect is very little.
