【中文摘要】 針對廣東省漫長的高溫季節進行了人工低能耗降溫試驗 ,采用超高壓微量噴霧、山水溝灌、棚頂滴流、增設隔熱層等多效降溫措施 ,使大棚式菇田內外溫差在高溫天氣下達到 5～ 7℃ ,使杏鮑菇、香菇、猴頭菇、秀珍菇等中低溫型食用菌品種可以在夏季正常出菇。為非空調制冷條件下延長廣東的食用菌生產季節提供了有效的方法 ,其低廉的能耗成本為農村的推廣創造了條件。
【英文摘要】 Since the long heat season in Guangdong Province,the authors tested some artificial methods to lower the temperature in mushroom -culturing sheds with low energy.Throught high-pressured spaying,stream water irrigation,roof water dropping and heat insulated layer,It was indicated successfully lower the temperature inside to 5～7℃ so that xingbaogu(Pleurotus eryngi),shiitake(Lentinus edodes),bear head mushroom(Hericuium erinaceus),Xiuzhengu(Pleruotus cornucopiae var.)etc.could glow and fruit regularly in summer.It opened up a new frugal way to extend mushrooms fruiting phase in southern rural area without air conditioner.
