【中文摘要】 采用 4種不同的培養基對 5種野生食用菌進行了分離實驗 ,探討了幾種因素對菌種分離馴化的影響。在PDA培養基上松口蘑、鉚釘菇能夠長出菌絲。在加入酵母浸膏、蛋白胨的PDA培養基上能夠長出健康粗壯的菌絲。
【英文摘要】 different mediums were used for the wild edible fungi separation.In PDA medium,Tricholoma matsutake and Gomphidius viscidus could grow the hypha.The yeast decoction and the protein peptone facilitate the hypha healthy and stalwart in PDA medium.Many factors,such as medium,pH,storage of fungi and so on,affect the result of separation and tame.
