【中文摘要】 通過不同溫度、pH值及培養基含水量處理 ,對鮑魚菇菌絲生長狀況進行了研究。結果表明鮑魚菇菌絲生長適宜的溫度范圍為 2 0～ 31℃ ,最適溫度為 2 5～2 8℃ ;pH值適宜的范圍為 4 0～ 7 0 ,最適pH值為 5 5～6 0 ;培養基含水量適宜的范圍為 6 0 %～ 80 % ,最適含水量為 80 %。
【英文摘要】 The growth characters of Pleurotus ahalonus under different temperature,pH and aqueous content were studied in This paper,The results showed the suitable and optimum growth temperature of Pleurotus ahalonus was 20℃ to 31℃ and 25℃ to 28℃;the suitable and optimum pH was 4.0 to 7.0 and 5.5 to 6.0;the suitable aqueous content was 60% to 80% and the optical aqueous was 80%.
