【中文摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳 ,分析了不同培養時間和不同培養基種類對平菇、杏鮑菇、白靈菇酯酶同工酶的影響 ,結果表明在不同培養時間和不同培養基條件下 ,酯酶同工酶酶譜的酶帶呈現不同的多態性 ,由此提示同工酶在食用菌菌種選育的應用上應固定最佳培養時間及最適培養基種類 ,并在所有操作條件一致的情況下 ,才能得到穩定準確的分析結果
【英文摘要】 This article adopted polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis to analyse the effects of different culture time and medium on the esterase isoenzyme of Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus eryngii,Pleruotus eryngii Var.nebrodensis.The results showed that the number and the degree of stain of enzyme bands in zymogram are different with different culture time and medium,which prompted that we should apply fixed culture time and medium to assortative breeding,and on condition that we can obtain the steady and accurate result.
