【中文摘要】 研究了Na2 Se2 O3 對靈芝菌絲生長及菌絲生長期間胞外酶活性的影響。結果表明 :0 0 5～ 1 0mmol·L-1的Na2 Se2 O3 均可促進菌絲生長和菌絲生長期間胞外蛋白酶、纖維素酶、淀粉酶的活性 ,以 0 5～ 1 0mmol·L-1 的Na2 SeO3 促進作用最為明顯。而高濃度 (≥ 1 5mmol·L-1 )的Na2 SeO3 對蛋白酶活性有抑制作用
【英文摘要】 The effects of selenium on the mycelium growth and extracellular enzyme activity of Ganoderma lucidum were studied.The results showed that 0.05～1.0 mmol·L-1 Na_2Se_2O_3 could improve activity of extracellular protease,cellulase and amylase as well as growth of the mycelia.And the most notable improvement was gotten by 0.5—1.0 mmol·L-1 Na_2Se_2O_3.But when the concentration of Na_2Se_2O_3 was even higher(≥1.5mmol/L),the activity of enzymes was inhibited.
