【中文摘要】 首次報道了 2 0 5新菌株 (Psilocybesp .)的馴化研究試驗。試驗結果表明 :菌絲生長的適宜溫度為 2 2～32℃ ,最適為 2 8℃ ,適宜的pH為 5～ 1 2 ,最適為 7～ 9,適宜的碳源為甘露糖和葡萄糖 ,最適宜的氮源為牛肉膏和酵母膏。
【英文摘要】 Studies on domestication of 205 new strain for the first time.The results showed that the optimal temperature and pH for mycelium growth were 22℃ to 32℃ and 5 to 12,and the optimum one was 28℃ and 7to 9 as well.The optimal carbon sources were Mannose and glucose.And the optimal nitrogen sources were yeast paste and beef paste.
