【中文摘要】 首次報道外生菌根菌的共生培養法。初步研究了一個較好的外生菌根菌菌絲體培養方法,即將宿主的愈傷組織與外生菌根共同培養,可以明顯地促進真菌菌絲的萌發和生長。愈傷組織勻漿液也可促進菌絲體早期生長。
【英文摘要】 A new method,Co-culturing,of culturing ectomycorrhizal fungi is reported for the first time.The effective method is that ectomycorrhizal fungi are introduced just beside the callus of host plant,which can evidently upgrade the growth of the hyphae.The callus juice can also do on the early growth.
