【中文摘要】 靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)菌絲體通過生物轉化作用富集無機硒,分別經水、堿水浸提,醇析,去蛋白,脫色后,得到靈芝硒多糖粗提物。再經DEAE-Cellu-lose柱層析分離純化后,收集得到的各組分在高效液相色譜上進行進一步純化,從而得到了10個不同的硒多糖組分。以K562細胞進行的抗癌試驗結果顯示,SeGLP-2B-1,SeGLP-2B-2和SeGLP-2B-3三種純化硒多糖均有抗癌活性,其中SeGLP-2B-1對K562細胞的抑制率最高,達61.58%。
【英文摘要】 The organic selenium in mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum was enriched by biotransformation.After being extracted in hot water and hot basic water,the extraction were precipitated in ethanol.A series of rough polysaccharide containing selenium can be obtained by removing of protein in and de-coloration.Then the rough extraction passes through the DEAE-cellulose 52,Sephadex G100 and HPLC,10 SeGLPs were obtained.The results of anticancer test in vitro showed that SeGLP-2B-1,SeGLP-2B-2 and SeGLP-2B-3 can inhibit the growth of K562 cells,and the inhibition rate of SeGLP-2B-1,about 61.58%,was highest in all samples.
