【中文摘要】 以豬苓液體發酵干菌絲體為原料,研究分離提取豬苓多糖的最佳條件和生產工藝。結果證明豬苓多糖的最佳提取條件是:原料粒度為200目,菌粉和水分的比例為13∶0,浸提時間為2.5h,乙醇加量比例為13∶倍,pH值為7.0,多糖提取率可達28.80%以上。
【英文摘要】 This paper is to research the best condition and production process of polysaccharides extracted from Polyporus umbellatus based on the raw material of dry mycelium.The results showed that the best condition to extract polysaccharides is: the ratio of Mycelium powder and water is 1:30;the extract time is 2.5h;pH is 7.0;the extract ratio of polysaccharides can amount to over 28.80%.
