【中文摘要】 通過對9種平菇菌種培養因子和加硒培養的研究,結果表明9種不同的平菇菌種在含硒量為6mg/L的PDA中均能正常生長,平菇菌種P13生長速度和狀況最好。正交試驗結果表明,菌種P13在pH值為7、硒濃度為7.5mg/L、PDA液體培養基中菌絲富硒量達371.1μg/g。
【英文摘要】 Cultivating factors and cultivating adding selenium were studied through 9 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus.The results showed that 9 different strains of Pleurotus ostreatus all grew normally in PDA of the content of selenium 6mg/L.The growth rate and state of P13 was the best.The orthogonal test showed that pH of P13 was 7,the density of selerium was 7.5mg/L,the content of selenium-rich of hypha reached 371.1μg/g in liquid culture of PDA.
