【中文摘要】 食用菌工廠化生產是食用菌生產的一種模式,近年在國內逐漸興起。探討了食用菌工廠化生產的定義;討論了對工廠化生產的認識;分析了工廠化生產的優勢與局限;展望、預測了工廠化發展前景和趨勢。
【英文摘要】 The industrial production of edible fungi,which is rising gradually in China in recent years,is one model of edible fungi production.The definition as well as the awareness of industrial production of edible fungi was discussed.Furthermore,the strengths and limitations of industrial production were analysed in the paper.Finally,the prospect and trend of the development of industrial production was predicted.
