【中文摘要】 實驗結果表明,配方1(松杉木屑87%、麥麩10%、石膏2%、蔗糖1%),為最適灰離褶傘培養料配方。該配方培養料的菌絲生長勢最強,子實體形態最佳,產量高,生物學效率達67.74%,與供試其余配方培養料相比,差異顯著。
【英文摘要】 Coprinus comatus No.2001 strains of biological characteristics showed that with the specific strain of Coprinus comatus No.2001 unique fruiting body morphology under the conditions was the most appropriate temperature of mycelial growth 24℃～27℃,fruitbody optimum temperature for 18℃～25℃,the most suitable pH range 6.5～7.5.Culture materials for water content of 65% and fruiting when air humidity control in about 90%.It is better to low light illumination.
