【中文摘要】 目前雞地從菌尚不能進行人工栽培,而與其內生生長的擬盤多毛孢菌也許是影響其栽培的因素之一。采用常規組織分離法,從雞地從菌上分離出一株擬盤多毛孢菌,利用常規組織分離法,從雞地從菌上分離出一株擬盤多毛孢菌,對其進行了培養特性分析及形態學鑒定,利用分子生物學方法對ITS區進行了克隆測序,利用分子生物學軟件得到Pestalotiopsis屬進化樹,結合形態學特征,確定其為忽視擬盤多毛孢Pestalotiopsis neglecta。
【英文摘要】 A Pestalotiopsis strain from Termitomyces was isolated,cultivated and purified. Both morphological and molecular methods were used to identify the strain. The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region in rRNA gene was cloned and sequenced,and the sequence was compared with other species in Genebank. The results showed that the Pestalotiopsis neglecta was the endophyte of Termitomyces.
