【中文摘要】 探討樺褐孔菌提取物對實驗性糖尿病大鼠糖脂代謝和氧化應激水平的影響及作用機制。結果表明,樺褐孔菌提取物對STZ誘導的糖尿病大鼠具有降血糖、調脂、抗氧化應激、清除自由基以及改善受損肝功能的作用,其作用機制可能與多糖的降血糖作用和單寧酸的抗氧化清除自由基作用有關。
【英文摘要】 To explore the effects and mechanism of extracts from Inonotus obliquus on glucolipid metabolism and oxidative stress in streptozocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats,extracts from Inonotus obliquus had effects of decreasing blood glucose,regulating blood fat, antioxidation cleaning free radical and improving the function of impaived liver on STZ-induced diabetic rats. These might be related with their polycose components decreasing blood glucose and tannin resisting oxidative stress or clear free radecle.
