【中文摘要】 采用正交設計方法以血耳Tremella sanguinea菌絲體的生物量為測量指標,對血耳菌絲體液體培養基進行了篩選,結果表明血耳菌絲體液體培養的最適培養基為蔗糖7.5g·L-1、麥芽糖7.5g·L-1、麥麩7.5g·L-1、牛肉膏3.5g·L-1、MgSO4·7H2O0.5g·L-1、KH2PO41.5g·L-1、VBl4mg·L-1,pH自然。28℃培養96h,其生物量可達4.29g·L-1。
【英文摘要】 Taking biomass of mycelium in liquid medium of Tremella sanguinea as measurement index, the optimum liquid medium for mycelium of Tremella sanguinea by L9 (34) orthogonal design was studied. The result showed that the optimum liquid medium composition were sucrose 7.5 g·L-1, maltose 7.5 g·L-1, wheat bran 7.5 g·L-1, beef extract 3.5 g·L-1, KH2PO4 1.5 g·L-1, MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g·L-1 and VB1 4 mg·L-1, natural pH. Through culturing for 96 h at 28℃ , the biomass of mycelium of Tremella sanguinea reached 4.29 g·L-1.
