【中文摘要】 以糖化率為指標對比白腐菌I.lacteus C與G.lucidum E、褐腐菌Fomitopsis sp.IMER2與P.cocos F預處理玉米秸稈的效果,結果表明:不同菌株處理效果差異很大,白腐菌預處理效果優于褐腐菌,木質纖維素網狀結構中木質素去除比纖維素結晶度降低利于提高糖化率。I.lacteus C預處理優勢明顯,處理30 d糖化率最高,比對照提高135.7%,達62.0%;G.lucidum E處理后僅20 d樣品糖化率提高,達42.1%;Fomitopsis sp.IMER2處理后糖化率稍有提高;P.cocos F處理降低糖化率。進一步研究發現I.lacteus C通過改性玉米秸稈提高糖化率:處理30 d可溶性還原糖含量提高287.5%,轉化率提高178.3%。
【英文摘要】 In this paper,corn stover saccharification rate was determined to evaluate the effect of biological pretreatment by two kinds of basidiomycetes.Two white rot fungi(I.lacteus C and G.lucidum E) and two brown rot fungi(Fomitopsis sp.IMER2 and P.cocos F) were grown on corn stover for different incubation duration.The results indicated white rot fungi was better than brown rot fungi on enhancing saccharification rate and the effects differed a lot between strains of different varieties and genus,which suggested that,for lignocellulosic biomass,removing lignin was more efficient than reducing cellulose crystallinity for enhancing saccharification rate.Of the four basidiomycetes,I.lacteus C was the best strain for biological pretreatment.The saccharification rate of corn sotver pretreated by I.lacteus C for 30 d reached the highest of 62.0%,which was 135.7% higher than control sample.G.lucidum E enhanced saccharification rate to 42.1% after incubation for 20 d.For brown rot fungi,Fomi-topsis...更多 sp.IMER2 improved the saccharification rates a little,while P.cocos F significantly reduced it.Further study indicated that strain I.lacteus C had the most improved saccharification rate by significantly enhancing soluble reducing sugars contents and transformation rates of corn stover,which were respectively 287.5% and 178.3% higher than control sample.The high sac-charification rate of pretreated corn stover by I.lacteus C had great potential in biological process. 還原
