【中文摘要】 通過設3個濃度的藥物組和空白對照組,分別進行臟器指數測定,ConA誘導的小鼠脾淋巴細胞轉化試驗,綿羊紅細胞誘導小鼠DTH試驗,小鼠血清溶血素測定,抗體生成細胞檢測,小鼠腹腔巨噬細胞吞噬雞紅細胞試驗,小鼠碳廓清試驗,NK細胞活性測定試驗。結果表明,靈芝多糖提取物膠囊能增加ConA誘導的小鼠脾淋巴細胞的增殖能力和小鼠左后足跖部厚度差24 h測量值,提高小鼠血清溶血素抗體積數和溶血空斑數。表明靈芝多糖提取物膠囊具有較強的免疫調節作用。
【英文摘要】 Three concentrations of polysaccharide extracts of Ganoderma capsule and a control groups had been divided.The im-mune function of polysaccharide extracts of Ganoderma capsule was studied by a serial experiments including spleen and thymus weight ratio,ConA-induced mice lymphocyte transformation test,DTH assay,serum hemolysin determinations,antibodies forma-tion in spleens,macrophage swallow chicken erythrocyte test,monocyte-macrophage carbon grain elimination test and NK cells living activities assay.The results showed that polysaccharide extracts of Ganoderma capsule increased spleen lymphocytes pro-liferation of mice induced by ConA and the Left-hind feet thickness’s difference between 24 h and 0.The formation of antibod-ies and the plague-forming cell were improved.The polysaccharide extracts of Ganoderma capsule possessed strong effect of im-mune regulation.
