【中文摘要】 以采集于草地中的1株馬勃類真菌為研究對象,依據形態學特征鑒定為小馬勃。對其進行組織分離并對菌絲生長特性進行研究,結果顯示馬勃生長所需的最適宜碳源為葡萄糖和麥芽糖兩者的混合物,最佳氮源為黃豆粉與麥麩兩者的混合物分別是葡萄糖和麥麩,最適碳氮比是40∶1,最適生長溫度為28℃,最適pH為5.5,光照抑制菌絲生長。
【英文摘要】 A wild fungus which gathered in grassplot was identified as Lycoperdon pusillum Batsch: Pers,according to morpho-logical characteristics.The results of biological characteristic investigation showed that the optimized carbon source was the mix-ture of glucose and maltose,and optimized nitrogen source was the mixture of soybean powder and wheat bran,respectively.The most suitable carbon nitrogen ratio was about 40∶1,the optimized growth temperature was 25℃,pH value was 5.5,light inhibited growth of hyphae.
