【中文摘要】 以雞腿菇的15個栽培菌株和1個野生菌株為試驗材料,對菌株進行了農藝性狀比較及相關分析,結果表明,雞腿菇菌株菌絲體日均生長速度在2.34 mm·d-1～3.93 mm·d-1之間,在菌絲體密度上有差異;菌株間子實體的菌帽長度和菌柄直徑間也存在差異;生物學效率測試表明Co9、Co10、Co11、Co18、Co5為適宜于南充地區栽培的菌株,其生物學效率分別為117.55%、104.97%、113.07%、104.64%、100.49%、102.55%。經相關分析后,菌柄直徑、菌柄長度、菌帽長度、菌帽厚度與單個子實體重量呈極顯著的正相關。
【英文摘要】 The agronomic characters of 15 cultivation strains and 1 wild type strain of Coprinus comatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium growth velocity were between 2.34 mm·d-1 and 3.93 mm·d-1,and their clone density was difference. There were difference in cap length and stipe diameter among 16 Coprinus comatus strains.The biological efficiency test showed strains Co9、Co10、Co11、Co18、Co5 suited to be cultivated in Nanchong,and biological efficiency reached to 117.55%,104.97%,113.07%,104.64%,100.49%,102.55%respectively.The correlation between single fruitbody weight,stipe diameter,stipe length,cap length and thickness were significantly positive.
