【中文摘要】 本文采用光學顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡對蛹蟲草在人工栽培狀態下的顯微、超微結構進行了觀察。結果顯示,蛹蟲草無性階段產生分生孢子,有性階段形成子囊孢子,子囊內形成1～8個子囊孢子,每個子囊孢子可在子囊內進行多次無性分裂,亦可在子座上萌發。
【英文摘要】 The microscopical structure and ultrastructure of Cordycepa militaris (L.) Link were studied with light microscope and transmission electronic microscope under cultivated conditions. The results indicated that there were conidia formed in asexual phase and ascospores formed in sexual phase. Moreover, it was found that there were 1-8 ascospores in each ascus and that each ascospore would make several times of asexual division in the ascus and could sprout in its ascostroma.
